After my recent post about tea tips and tricks, I thought I'd add some more info about different teas and their benefits.
First up is ginger tea.
Now ginger is something that has some amazing health benefits but is something I have only really used in stir fries and stews in the past.
But you know what? Having ginger tea is a great way to get all of the benefits of ginger, at any time of the day!
Ginger helps with:
- relieving nausea and motion/travel sickness
- improving digestion
- inflammation (a good one for all you auto-immune sufferers out there)
- improving muscle pain
- reducing dizziness
- minimizing symptoms of the common cold, allergies and respiratory conditions
