Tea time - peppermint


As promised, time for the down-low on yet another tea.

This time we're looking at peppermint.
And the benefits for this little minty cup makes it a favourite for many.

Peppermint helps with:
  • improving the symptoms irritable bowel syndrome
  • easing nausea and vomiting
  • improving digestion and reducing heartburn
  • bad breath
  • controlling muscle aches and chronic pain
  • congestion and coughs related to colds and allergies
  • fighting stress
